CEM joins the Expo at Stand 26

CEM’s ORACLE, the only commercially available fat analyser that meets the apparatus requirements set forth by 6.1 of ISO 16756 | IDF 259, is also set to be showcased on-stand 26 at the Expo.

When compared to wet chemistry, ORACLE results yielded a near perfect linear coefficient of determination (R²) of >0.9999, with no bias for a variety of dairy matrices. The reproducibility seen when utilising the ORACLE was deemed to be “good” and was below the published limit of the reference methods, most likely due to reduced operator error and ease of operation. The ORACLE can be combined with the SMART 6 microwave + infrared moisture/solids analyser from CEM Corporation for a less than five minutes total solids and fat result that does not require overnight sample pre-drying or heater block conditioning.
