Society of Dairy Technology

A major supporter of Dairy Industries Expo 2025, the Society of Dairy Technology is holding its Spring Conference on 27 March at the University of Nottingham. The event will focus on ‘Improving the Shelf Life of Dairy Products’. The day before the conference there will be a visit to Cropwell Bishop creamery, one of the producers of PDO Stilton cheese. Places are limited for the visit and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
