Tiphaine Aries of The Carbon Trust at the Expo

For example, speaking about “Driving Dairy Toward Net Zero: Strategies and Success Stories,” at our show, Tiphaine Aries is an associate director in the Carbon Trust’s Business Services team. She provides advice to corporates in the agriculture, food and drink sector, with a key focus on the livestock and dairy subsectors, while also supporting global food and drinks brands. Tiphaine specialises in advising on footprinting, target setting and transition planning within the sector, as well as leading the Carbon Trust’s Product Carbon Footprint Label offering.

As she told Dairy Industries International about her topic, “The dairy industry faces growing pressure to reduce its carbon footprint while maintaining productivity and profitability. In this presentation we will explore practical approaches to decarbonisation across the supply chain – from feed and farming practices to processing and transport.
